Description Analysis, investigation and documentation of HR management information, its systems and processes making HR a recognised Business partner.
Key responsibilities and accountabilities
Ensure that accurate HR integration reporting takes place within each of the Business Areas. This will include reviewing existing ?Business As Usual? data already being provided by the HR Management Information team. The role will require both an understanding of detailed Management Information data analysis as well as the ability to understand and communicate the high level integration picture to stakeholders. Provide comprehensive, proactive, accurate people and reward information to the business. Ensuring that people information is current and accurate. Working closely with HR to deliver pay reviews and gather and distribute market data. Pro-actively seeking out information, providing analyses and models, identifying trends and benchmarking data. Specifying and integrating enhancements to existing or new processes, which marry technical constraints and cost considerations. In designing or enhancing business information and data management, pays regard to both internal & external standards and requirements including data protection, SQESH and best practice. Perform a broad and challenging variety of work, some unpredictable and non : routine, which requires the creative application of technical and management principles Provide leadership in a variety of technical areas and situations. Demonstrates effective communication both orally and in writing across all levels of the business. Working closely with senior stakeholders within the business, including senior HR Managers on a on a day to day basis. Producing reports, preparing, organising and delivering presentations and taking a lead role in meetings and discussions.
Qualifications Required Experienced in communicating across a wide range of disciplines, including facilitation of workshops, has a detailed knowledge of software applications and their use.
Possess a broad knowledge of the business, corporate quality and change management process and understands commercial constraints.
Technical expert in functional business models, statistical process control and relational data modelling, project planning and business process improvement techniques.
